  IThis is a great place for everyone of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. Here are just a few of the reasons you should try Burn:
  1.Sam makes sure to offer options for every single exercise that we do. Since she is so knowledgeable, she can modify for you on the fly if needed.
  2.There is free childcare and my kids enjoy the playroom.
  3. Sam has a nutrition background as well and has a good blog with tons of healthy recipes and advice.
  4. This is a NO JUDGEMENTS workout group. I have been going since it opened and have only seen encouraging behavior from all.
